APL RC-30 is a manual fed coater for duplex boards and thick paper above 250 GSM. it coats u.v varnish or any other lacquer very smoothly. it is very useful for any surface i.e paper, board, plastic profiles, wood, bamboos, metal or glass. this machine is available in various sizes. The main advantage of this coater is that it gives uniform coating and is noiseless. it is also good for heart seal lacquer. 

We have developed air knife system on this coater for lacquering on thin paper also. It can take from 120 gsm to above. This operates with the inbuilt sensor and required a 5 HP air compressor to run this device. This coater is available in various size starting from 12” to 70”. This coater is with in feed belts and delivery belts.

Coater Head :
This machine is a kind of high and new tech product integrating light machinery and electric peneumatic.this machine can do full and spot uv varnish on thick & thin paper at the speed of 6000 sheets per hour. Conventional varnish or water based varnish can also be done on this machine. This machine includes all technological solutions for easier and to increase productivity. compact and solid machine built on a strong C.I. frame. It is reliable at any working speed. This machine is equipped with high grade hardened grounded gears for its smooth operation for years.

UV Curing Unit :
The best Curing System is attached with this machine which is equipped with 2 UV Lamps and 3 IR lamps having throughout vacuum bed on conveyor. The delivery is in-house developed stacking unit with the great efficiency of handling the papers. Lamps are enclosed in a irritator Reflector which has separate extended imported reflector with very good cooling system for better lamp life. UV & IR lamps are from one of the best manufacturer in the world with running hour warranty. For operation of lamps control system is equipped with Half Power, full power system.
